Frozen Summer Fruits Smoothie

Smoothies are a super quick and easy way to fill you up and get your daily dose of fruit! And not only are they packed full of healthy vitamins, they're delicious too! This summer fruits smoothie with banana, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackcurrents and redcurrents is perfect for those hot sunny days; sweet, fruity and refreshing!


What you'll need:

One banana
Handful of frozen summer fruits (I get this pack from ASDA)
Couple of dollops of natural yoghurt
Spoonful of honey
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Just bung the whole lot into a blender, whizz and there you have it! A super simple, yet amazingly delicious, thick and refreshing smoothie!
